Light cleaning for routine shine, or heavy duty cleaning and polishing for eligible chains. We inspect the links, finish, and stones before confirming heavy duty work.

Have a loose stone? Request loose stone and prong tightening on its own, or combine it with polishing. We inspect the stone and existing prongs to confirm whether minor tightening is suitable, then quote before work begins.

Loose stone and prong tightening is quoted separately after inspection. Worn, broken, or missing prongs and missing stone replacement are outside this service. All services are completed in the workshop with pickup and return.

Polishing removes a tiny amount of material. Plated, delicate, antique, or stone set pieces may be limited to cleaning after inspection.

Can every scratch be removed?+
No. We can reduce some surface scratches, but deep scratches may remain. Aggressive polishing can alter the shape or finish of a piece.
Do you polish chains?+
Yes, polishing is available with heavy duty chain service after inspection. Light service covers cleaning and shine. Large, plated, delicate, or chains with many stones are assessed individually. Deep scratches may remain.
Can you tighten a loose stone or its prongs?+
We offer loose stone and prong tightening for suitable settings after inspection. We check the stone and existing prongs before confirming minor tightening and a quote. Worn, broken, or missing prongs require further repair outside this service; missing stone replacement is not included.
What does pickup and return include?+
Your piece is collected, serviced in the workshop, and returned. Pickup and return are included in the listed cleaning prices within 40 miles of our West Palm Beach base. Trips beyond 40 miles are quoted before booking. Loose stone and prong tightening is quoted after inspection.
